The purpose of this fund held at GTCF is to support the leadership of Tacoma Black Fund (TBF) as they launch a Black community based philanthropic pool in January 2024.
Tacoma Black Fund is designed to fund programs and services that directly benefit the descendants of enslaved Africans in America and foster and nurture Black entrepreneurship as a resource for building and sustaining Black generational wealth in Tacoma, Washington. With black creative art as our backdrop, together, we will support programs that directly benefit our community and our families, and our businesses.
